Adis Mustabašić, IT expert, with 20+ years of experience in the IT sector. He is a certified SAP consultant who worked for most of his career as an IT manager in a large international company where, working on projects, he had the opportunity to participate and lead digital transformation projects on 3 continents and in 12 countries.

In addition to technical competences, he has gained great experience in business analysis, project management and change management. Most of the projects related to the implementation of complex ERP Systems, and in the last few years he worked on a large number of Enterprise Performance Management Systems, within which he successfully combined knowledge from practice and theoretical knowledge acquired at the Master’s study in the field of Advanced Financial Management. He was a guest lecturer at various colleges and business conferences, and currently runs his own company, which is a regional partner of the company – Jedox, one of the leading companies in the world of Enterprise Performance Management Systems.

Adis is one of the founders and a member of the ABSL BiH Management Board, and for two years he held the role of Managing Director of this non-governmental and non-profit association, which gathers companies that provide export-oriented business services. The association has more than thirty members who employ over 5,000 people. He is also the founder of several companies that aim to develop systems for effective performance measurement and management. It is especially characterized by giving young people their first business opportunity, providing them with the opportunity for education, personal growth and development in an international environment.
